This is truly a Mother’s Day song! She Loves the Rain is a song about mother-daughter. It was originally a poem I wrote for my daughter’s 15th birthday, the day following Mother’s Day. For my Mother’s Day gift, she wrote me a poem so I responded with one for her. It has since become the title of my second CD, “She Loves the Rain,” available online at www.cdbaby.com/becryer2
